After you have decided on the memorial pendant that will be perfect for you, add it to your cart.  You will be prompted with all of the options available for each specific pendant I offer.  If you you have any additional requests please feel free to contact me.

I can set ashes, hair or fur behind the stone in your pendant. 

Due to size constraints- only one type of keepsake can go in each pendant. 

Yes, please send the ashes to me already mixed together.

I ask that you send more of the keepsake than is needed to fill the setting. I try to choose the parts that will look best behind the stone. Anything that remains will be sent back to you with your order.

-Fur and hair: a nice chunk about 1/4" in diameter.

-Ashes: 1-2 teaspoons with a mix of powdery ash and tiny pebble size bones.

Fur and hair can be put in a single ziplock type baggie. Please write your name and loved one's name on a piece of paper and place it in the  ziplock bag. 

Cremains need to be sent in a spill proof container. They should be placed in a ziplock bag, folded in half and then placed in another ziplock bag.  Please write your name and loved one's name on a piece of paper and place it in the outer ziplock bag.

 I do not send you prepaid labels to send the keepsakes to me.

Fur and hair can be put in a single ziplock type baggie and shipped USPS First Class Mail.

Cremains need to be sent in a spill proof container. They should be placed in one ziplock bag, folded in half and then placed in another ziplock bag.  Ideally cremains should be shipped to me via USPS Priority Express as per United States Postal Rule 451.22 on shipping cremains; I'll accept shipments if they arrive to me otherwise.

Processing and shipping times vary depending on the item and your location. I strive to ship all orders within 2-3 weeks of receiving your keepsake. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Memorial jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear like scratches and dings, just like any other jewelry.  If they are treated with respect you will have no problems and they can certainly last a lifetime and be passed on to future generations. Please do not wear your memorial jewelry in water as it can get behind the stone and damage your keepsake.
