These items are made by hand - some are rustic and some are more polished/refined. Origin of some stones may be unknown. Cabochons may or may not be stabilized and/or include backing. Gemstones may include natural inclusions, pitting, fractures, etc. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me and ask BEFORE purchasing. Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor or device. The item pictured is the item you will receive unless otherwise noted.
Custom orders are not returnable. Any item that has been repaired or modified in any way is not eligible for a return.

I do my best to represent each piece accurately through the photos and descriptions you see. Measurements are included in each listing. Please view pictures/read item descriptions carefully and thoroughly. If you are unsure of your ring size please order a ring sizer at this link to measure your finger. All returns are accepted on a case by case basis. The item purchased must be in a new, unused and unblemished condition so that it may be re-sold as a new piece of jewelry.
If for some reason you do not want what you ordered, you may return your item for either a Refund or Store Credit. There will be a 20% restocking fee (which covers fees Nemesis Jewelry loses in the transaction). Buyer pays return shipping and shipping fees to you are not refundable. If you prefer to not have a restocking fee, you can request to have a Nemesis Jewelry Store Credit of the full balance minus the shipping fee. Store Credits do not expire.
To start the return process you must contact email@example.com within 48 hours of the tracking information showing your order has been delivered. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Returns will NOT be accepted with out this return authorization number. Items must be shipped back in original packaging and be received by me within 7 days. Insurance is required and return tracking information must be provided to me through email to show the item is on its way and moving through the USPS or UPS system within 5 days of receipt. If these steps are not covered, your return will not be accepted.
Once the returned item is received by me and it is deemed re-sellable, the refund or store credit will be issued minus fees.
